User will release Onespace from claims for damages and hold Onespace (including including affiliated companies, directors, commissioners, officers, and all employees and agents) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by Third Parties that arise as a result of User error including violation of Onespace's Privacy Policy and/or User's violation of the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

User agrees that Onespace (including affiliated companies, directors, commissioners, officers, and all employees and agents) is not responsible and user agrees not to hold Onespace responsible for anydamage or loss (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) resulting directly or indirectly from hacking actions carried out by third parties to user accounts.
