Dasar Hukum Pendirian PT:

Sole propietorship according to Omnibus Law Number 11 year 2020, sole proprietorship is limited liability company founded by 1 (one) local individual and maximum paid up capital in < IDR 5 bio.

Sole proprietorship has same regulation with PT (local company). The only difference is sole proprietorship founded only by 1 (one) local individual.
